Lowe's is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and maintaining the overall visual appearance of our store.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain visually appealing displays throughout the store
- Reset merchandise displays according to Lowe's specifications
- Verify and process buyback items
- Assist in driving add-on sales through effective display placement
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Effective communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to utilize web-based programs
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Minimum lift of 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with accommodation
