Server Job Responsibilities:
- Greet tables with enthusiasm and a genuine smile welcoming their presence
- Strong, upbeat and positive personality
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Ring in orders correctly & in a timely fashion
- Offer suggestions for beverage and food, by genuinely investing in and enhancing the guest’s experience
- Check in after courses are dropped within an appropriate timeframe to ensure guests’ satisfaction
- If a guest has a qualm, bring it to the attention of a manager immediately and evaluate how to proceed from there
- Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment

Required Experience:
- Knowledge of both classic and current food and beverage trends
- Minimum 2-3 years of service experience in an fast-paced & upscale setting
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic
