ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 25324
TITLE: Real Property Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Tax Assessors, Lowndes County
LOCATION: 300 N. Patterson St.
SALARY RANGE: $ 56,755.20 annually
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supervising the appraisals and personnel engaged in the appraisals of all real property.
MINIMUM TRAINING: Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with completion of specialized training in the field of work, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school diploma/ GED. Sufficient experience to thoroughly understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with one to three years’ experience or service. Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver’s license issued by the State of Georgia for the type of vehicle or equipment operated. Ability to meet necessary requirements of Appraiser III as mandated by the Georgia Department of Revenue.
