Lowndes is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to staff and attorneys across the firm. This is a in-office position reporting to our downtown Orlando office. Candidates should have 1 - 2 years of experience in a comparable role, and professional services experience (e.g. law firm, accounting firm) is preferred.
Essential Functions :
- Provide technical support to attorneys and staff to resolve hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers and printers.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within active directory.
- Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to implement system upgrades.
