Customer Service Representative 11am-8pm
We are growing again. We are in need of an experienced Customer Service Representative to work from our main office location in Harleysville, PA.
- Responsibilities: Answer in-coming phone calls. Book appointments for electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling service and dispatch the right technicians to the right jobs.
- Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints. Thrive in high volume call environment with interruptions while remaining focused on other assigned projects and responsibilities. Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure they are fully satisfied. Determine when an issue requires further attention from a service manager.
