Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction and the ability to fabricate high-quality products. This role requires proficiency in operating sewing machines and a keen eye for detail to ensure that all finished products meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate garments according to specifications, patterns, and designs.
• Utilize various sewing machines and tools to sew, hem, and finish garments.
• Perform alterations and repairs on existing garments as needed.
• Maintain an organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep accurate records of completed projects and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
