We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and operational procedures.
- Conduct residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Supervise maintenance staff, providing leadership and guidance on best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform welding tasks when required.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including electrical systems troubleshooting.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to quality work.
- Must be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others.
