Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure their safety.
- Monitor and record clients' health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being.
- Assist with medication reminders.
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans.
- Offer support in memory care activities for clients experiencing cognitive challenges.
