Job Overview:
Home Health Nurses (LPNs or RNs).
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our helpful boutique home healthcare team.
Seeking:
A Registered Nurse, with current or past Home Health Care experience and preferably Orthopedic strength or specialties.
- 80% of our patients are Orthopedic patients. So, if you have Orthopedic Surgeon Post -Op Care is a huge plus
- 20% Cardiac/Diabetes/Wound Care
This position offers opportunities to work in various home care settings as well as grow YOUR career.
- This role offers a flexible and negatable, 30 visits per week or a 40 hour work week. An average a visit can be around 1-hour, give or take with the goal of ensuring the patients care is priority.

Responsibilities:
o Be trained and expected to be proficient in using, Oasis (patient questionnaire, payment, medication review, reporting, scheduling, etc.). And, or Other EMR platform experience acceptable.
o Adhering to Loyal Home Health standards and protocols to ensure patient safety
o Take great care of our Patients!

Requirements:
Must possess the following to be considered eligible for employment:
- RN / LPN - Valid nursing license and registration as a Registered Nurse
- CPR
- Valid Driver’s license
- Active Car insurance
- Minimum 1-year proven experience in providing direct patient care in home healthcare
