Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems in residential settings. Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing, drain cleaning, and other service calls, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Install and repair sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, and appliances, such as dishwashers and garbage disposals.
- Communicate clearly with clients to explain services and offer maintenance or membership plans.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and well-inventoried service vehicle.
- Mentor and train apprentices, contributing to the growth of our team and industry.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support the company’s goals by achieving personal sales and performance targets.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5 years of technical and trade experience in plumbing.
- Licenses: Current plumbing license required.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Proficient use of power tools and commitment to their safe handling.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments, including outdoor conditions.

- Comfortable working on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, and in tight or awkward spaces.
- Exposure to construction site sounds, dust, and odors.
