Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to manage technician schedules, facilitate communication between customers and the service team, and ensure smooth operations in our dispatching department. This role is critical to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining efficient workflow throughout our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules for service technicians, ensuring timely and efficient dispatching of service calls.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding service appointments, scheduling, and general company information.
- Enter and update service calls in our scheduling system daily.
- Ensure seamless communication between customers, technicians, and office staff.
- Uphold company standards by maintaining a professional demeanor, adhering to safety policies, and following our company’s code of ethics.
- Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication and quick problem-solving.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and scheduling software.
- Ability to read maps and understand geographical service areas.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
