• Hold a current license as a nursing assistant in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
• Be certified in BLS, ACLS, or equivalent (AHA)
• Have 2 years of recent experience in nursing care
• Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English fluently
