The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, maintaining and reporting large volumes of data within the company systems. This role involves reviewing, verifying and correcting data & activity to ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of the information. The specialist supports operational efficiency by processing data in a timely manner, organizing records, and assisting with report generation or data analysis as needed. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations.
Duties and Functions
- Accurately inputting and updating data into company systems, ensuring precision and consistency.
- Verifying and correcting data to maintain integrity and prevent errors.
- Organizing and managing digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assisting with data analysis and generating reports to support operational decisions.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve data discrepancies or processing issues.
- Ensuring timely and efficient completion of data entry tasks to meet operational deadlines.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with data management software.
Education and Experience
Bachelors or Two-Year Degree
