Summary
The psychologist will perform Medical Disability Examinations (MDE) for veterans when they file disability claims mental health conditions for (e.g. PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, MST and eating disorders) through the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) as part of the Compensation and Pension Program. Comprehensive mental health exams will require a mental health assessment and medical opinions and no treatment plan or follow-up.
- Location : Hybrid. Most of the time will be telehealth from home and on occasion seeing Veterans in person at our clinic in Spokane.
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Remuneration : This position supports a Service Contract Ace (SCA) where the hourly wage is determined by the Department of Labor (DOL). The hourly wage for this position is $54.21 and is eligible for health and welfare (H&W) fringe benefit of an additional $4.23 an hour. $58.44 / hour =$121,555 / year.
