Position: Dietary Aide
Location: Latrobe, Pa
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time
Shift: Days/Evenings/Weekends
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the proper temperatures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food prep areas
- Follow dietary restrictions and special diets per residents' care plans
- Work closely with the dietary manager, cook and other healthcare staff to ensure quality service
What We’re Looking For:
- A caring attitude and a team-oriented spirit
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare (preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person!)
- Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures
- Strong communication skills and a desire to support our residents' nutritional needs
