We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our skilled nursing facility. The Housekeeper will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
- Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management procedures.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toiletries.
- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
- Launder linens and personal clothing as needed.
- Report any maintenance or safety hazards to management.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
