Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the hospital.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to pet owners throughout their visit.
- Maintain organized records and files for patient information and billing.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and communicate with clients.
- Assist with basic office management tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
