Position Overview:
We’re looking for a personable, confident, and results-driven Sales Call Representative to connect with leads, guide them through our service offerings, and convert inquiries into booked events. You’ll play a key role in our client experience from the very first conversation. This role can be as little as 10 hours per week with full time options including marketing available.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their event needs
- Clearly present and explain our services, packages, and pricing
- Build strong rapport with clients and answer questions with professionalism
- Follow up consistently and maintain organized communication records
- Work collaboratively with our booking and planning team
- Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to listen, build trust, and close sales with confidence
- Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy (CRM, email, calendar tools)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Passion for weddings, events, or the entertainment industry is a plus
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including some evenings and weekends
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in the wedding or event industry
- Familiar with CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Background in luxury service environments
