The School of Education at Loyola Marymount University is accepting applications in the Department of Specialized Programs in Professional Psychology for a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach and serve full-time in the School Psychology Program. This position is expected to begin August 15, 2025.
Required Qualifications :
- Doctoral degree with a specialization in School Psychology; OR Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology and a doctorate in a closely related field (e.g., Counseling, Special Education)
- At least 3 years of experience as a practicing school psychologist
- Working knowledge of NASP domains of practice
- Demonstrated experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion related to education, cultural competence, and / or cultural humility
- Experience teaching, supervising, and / or supporting graduate-level students
