The Assistant Chief Engineer for the Hospital Campus provides leadership and direction for the full spectrum of mechanical systems and maintenance services for the Loyola University Medical Center Campus. Responsible for leading, directing and evaluating the efforts of the department personnel including the skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled trades people in the department. Coordinates efforts with other PP&G supervisors, department heads and administrators from other departments.

- Supervise hospital engineering personnel, schedule all work, PM and Repairs
- Maintain records of activities
- Maintain supplies and spare parts for daily routines
- Schedule all inspections for all related equipment
Minimum Education:
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: High School Diploma plus training acquired through work experience or education
- Required: 3-5 years of previous job related experience
- Managerial Experience: 1-2 years
- Required: Physical plant and Grounds - Stationary Engineers License
