What You’ll Do:

• This position functions as a mid-level provider, supporting a team of Orthopaedic Hand surgeons. This position expands upon traditional patient assessment and treatment by providing pre-surgical education, assessment and consultation in addition to post-surgical assessment and discharge planning. Contributes to the growth of Hand Therapy Services by assisting with the development of new programs and outcomes/research activities; acts as a clinical resource for staff in areas of expertise.

What You’ll Need For This Job:

• Masters Degree; Occupational Therapy
• 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
• Basic Life Support (CPR)
• IL licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Pay Range: $34.48 - $59.92 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
