- Promotes the security goals of crime and loss prevention through interactions with other departments, and the supervision and activities of staff.
- Promotes the Magis goals of customer service (care, concern, respect, cooperation) through interactions with other departments and supervision of staff.
- Handles the day to day Human Resource responsibilities of shift.
- Provides and participates in training of officers and other employees.
- Develops staffing schedules.
- Assists the Safety Department in the accomplishment of safety goals and the enforcement of safety rules and regulations.
- Assists the Parking Department in the accomplishment of parking goals through enforcement of rules and regulations, motorist assist services and traffic control.
