Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments to determine patients' individual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in weekly clinical staffing with the treatment team to ensure effective coordination of care.
- Collaborate with psychiatric NP and Psychiatrist regarding treatment planning, discharge planning, and clinical staffing for all patients.
