About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP)/ Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Lung Transplant team at Loyola University Medical Center.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pulmonary medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with complex respiratory conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal health outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families throughout the care journey.
Requirements:
Education:
Masters Degree in Nursing
Experience:
3-5 years of previous job-related experience; preferred 6-10 years
Licensure/Certifications:
- CPR – Basic Life Support
- ACLS
- Nursing – Current Registered Nurse License - State of Illinois
- Nursing – Nursing Practitioner License – State of Illinois
- Physician Assistant License
