">Your Role
">In this role, you will provide advanced behavioral health knowledge and skills to patients and families, including direct and indirect assessment and care, crisis intervention, support group facilitation, behavioral health education, and problem-solving in all clinical care areas.
">Responsibilities

- Clinical Responsibilities: ">
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments to determine individual needs; ">
- Evaluate level of risk and protective factors; ">
- Collaborate with psychiatrists regarding treatment planning, discharge planning, and clinical staffing for all patients; ">
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary. ">
- Care Coordination: ">
- Completes Level of Care (psychosocial assessment) and participates in the development of the individual treatment plan on all inpatients; ">
- Coordinates discharge planning in conjunction with treating psychiatrist; ">
- Focuses on psychosocial needs of patients, including comprehensive aftercare plans and housing when indicated. ">
- Education and Training: ">
- Develops and presents in-services on behavioral health topics; ">
- Provides patient referrals and completes insurance pre-authorizations and utilization review process. ">

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and be certified/licensed as a LCPC/LCSW. You should possess excellent communication skills, ability to manage crisis situations calmly and effectively, and ability to work under stressful conditions.
