Job Description
As a Technical Specialist-Laboratory Core, you will play a critical role in supporting the laboratory operations at Gottlieb and MacNeal Hospital within the Blood Bank department. This position will be responsible for departmental operations, engaging with clinical partners, and participating in meetings such as Trauma, ED, Risk, and Nursing Leadership Meetings. You will collaborate with the medical director, manager, and faculty to develop new procedures or programs, evaluate and validate instrumentation and procedures, and communicate changes in policies and procedures to staff and clients.
