About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Counselor/Social Worker to join our team at Loyola University & Medical Center in Chicago. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work and be licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide direct and indirect assessment and care to patients and families. This includes conducting group therapy sessions, performing case management responsibilities, and completing comprehensive psychiatric and substance use assessments.
