Responsibilities and Requirements
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional needs, and developing effective plans to meet those needs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless coordination of care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring timely documentation and communication with the healthcare team
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN or ADN)
- BLS Provider certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration
