Job Summary
- Evaluate patients and develop effective Physical Therapy programs for inpatients and outpatients with diverse diagnoses.
- Provide patient education, consultation, and discharge planning.
- Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; Master's preferred.
- Current IL state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Pay Range
$35.89 - $62.91 per hour. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
