We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Loyola Medicine, a nationally ranked academic and quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and plan effective physical therapy programs based on assessment, clinical judgment, and psychological sensitivity
- Provide patient education, consultation, and discharge planning
- Supervise and delegate patient care to Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Masters degree preferred
- 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification
- Rehab-Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois
