Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Telemetry team at MacNeal Hospital. As a key member of our progressive care unit, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and address the physical and emotional needs of patients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Current Illinois Board of Nursing license required
- BLS Provider certification (accredited by the American Heart Association) prior to hire
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school/college of nursing
