Supervisor - Surgical Practice - Hinsdale

Supervises the daily operations of a clinic. Responsibilities include staff management, general administration, financial activities and project management. The Operations Supervisor position requires a motivated, well-organized, and conscientious individual who is able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.

• High school diploma level of education
• Minimum of seven (7) years applicable experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years healthcare experience.
• Expert knowledge of duties performed in the area of responsibility.
• Competent in basic Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Associate or Bachelors level of education
• Current/Prior Management experience

This is an exempt (salaried) position

Salary Range: $59,904.40 - $95,846.64 per year

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
