In this role, you’ll take charge of a variety of litigation tasks that support public entities and school districts, from case strategy development, discovery, and deposition management to representing clients in the courtroom. Lozano Smith is seeking a trial attorney with a minimum of 5 years of solid litigation and trial experience, ideally including representation of public agencies or school districts. Your work will be instrumental in navigating complex legal challenges and ensuring that public agency clients are well-represented through every stage of the litigation process.
