Private, well established Orthodontic office is seeking a talented Administrative Receptionist to join our team! Candidate must be in pursuit of a long-time career in orthodontics and enjoys working with a team in a positive, upbeat work environment.
Our office prides itself in providing quality orthodontic care in a comforting atmosphere. We are seeking a dependable, highly energetic, hard-working, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and loves a challenge. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Previous dental experience is preferred but not necessary. Alternating work schedule: 32 hours and 37 ½ hours every other week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
Appointment scheduling
Facilitate new patient paperwork
Welcome our patients with warmth and enthusiasm
Check patients in and out during the course of the day
Responsible for updating all patient insurance and demographic information
Facilitates patient referrals
Record Filing
Create and maintain a comfortable reception environment
Facilitates communication between the clinical team and the patient, understanding the necessary “Next Steps” in each patient’s treatment and coordinating care.
Provide excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone system skills
High level of accuracy
Assist with various office duties as directed by the Practice Manager

What you Have to be a Successful Candidate
Reception; dental/orthodontic office experience a plus
Strong References
A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Customer service experience and/or prior front office experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
