Job Purpose
To operate a simple piece of mobile equipment with repetitive functions on the TechShield line in an OSB manufacturing facility.

Job Purpose
To operate a simple piece of mobile equipment with repetitive functions on the TechShield line in an OSB manufacturing facility.
In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Organize and manage finished product from mainline production.
- Organize product stored in warehouse and shipping pad
- Complete forklift inspection checklist
- Facilitate the process of re-graded product exiting the Tech Shield line
- Maintain supplies for Tech Shield strapper (cross-outs, Tech Shield bags, banding, glue, etc.)
- Assist with mill forklift needs
- Inventory and communicate downgraded material to Tech Shield Operator
- Perform general preventative maintenance on Tech Shield line
- Perform other duties as necessary.
- Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Knowledge of simple equipment operation.
- Knowledge of general equipment maintenance.
- Time management skills.
- Demonstrated mechanical ability.
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years' experience operating mobile equipment preferred.
- Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
