Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to support the implementation of a new people analytics tool. This role is hands-on and requires expertise in data management, system implementation, and analytics interpretation. You will be responsible for data clean-up, system configuration support, and translating workforce data into actionable insights to drive HR and business decisions.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To

Dig into data, optimize systems, and deliver insights that enhance workforce planning and HR effectiveness.

Data Management & System Implementation

  • Lead data clean-up and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity before system implementation.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to support system configuration and integration.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to critical workforce metrics.
  • Analyze trends in key areas such as turnover, hiring, engagement, and performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in creating standardized HR metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

Operational Support & Training

  • Document processes and best practices for system use and reporting.
  • Train HR team members and leaders on utilizing self-service analytics tools.
  • Provide ongoing support for data requests and ad hoc analysis.

What do I need to be successful?

  • 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with HRIS or people analytics software (e.g., Visier, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in HR data governance and maintaining confidentiality.

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required

Work Environment

  • This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
  • Up to 10% travel
