This role is hands-on and requires expertise in data management, system implementation, and analytics interpretation. You will be responsible for data clean-up, system configuration support, and translating workforce data into actionable insights to drive HR and business decisions.

Data Management & System Implementation
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Analyst to support the implementation of a new people analytics tool. This role is hands-on and requires expertise in data management, system implementation, and analytics interpretation. You will be responsible for data clean-up, system configuration support, and translating workforce data into actionable insights to drive HR and business decisions.

Data Management & System Implementation
- Lead data clean-up and validation efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity before system implementation.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to support system configuration and integration.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot system issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, ensuring stakeholders have access to critical workforce metrics.
- Analyze trends in key areas such as turnover, hiring, engagement, and performance to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in creating standardized HR metrics and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Document processes and best practices for system use and reporting.
- Train HR team members and leaders on utilizing self-service analytics tools.
- Provide ongoing support for data requests and ad hoc analysis.
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience with HRIS or people analytics software (e.g., Visier, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in HR data governance and maintaining confidentiality.
- A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is required
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
- Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
- Up to 10% travel
