Job Summary
LP Connect, a leading audio/visual company, is seeking skilled and motivated Installers to join our team. This position involves physical labor, including pulling cable, installing camera systems, securing security boxes, and ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders and willing to obtain a Lift certification (provided by the company).
Duties
- Perform installations of security cameras and access control systems according to specifications and company guidelines.
- Pull and route low-voltage cabling for audio/visual and security systems.
- Mount and secure security boxes and other hardware.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
- Work safely at heights and operating necessary equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
- Follow instructions and collaborate with team members to optimize installation processes and improve overall efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in A/V installation or security systems is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
- Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to job sites daily.
- Willing to obtain a Lift certification (training provided).
- A commitment to safety practices and maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed. PPE will be provided upon hire approval.
