Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction while achieving company objectives.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on progress toward goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for both parties.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance account management processes and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership within the team by sharing insights, best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A background in sales or marketing is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,659.00 - $68,662.00 per year
