CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and payments.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service processes.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by identifying the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to effectively assist clients.
• Document customer interactions in the computerized system for future reference.
• Support clients with technical issues related to products or services as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work well within a team setting.
• Experience with cash handling and basic financial transactions is a plus.
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications for client services.
• Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.38 - $22.14 per hour
