Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. .
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on progress.
- Deliver engaging product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in technology sales or retail sales environments.
- Strong background in account management with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for persuasive presentations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and achieving sales targets through effective strategies.
