Job Summary
A New Upscale Modern American Restaurant coming to Conshohocken! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member (Barbacks, Bussers, Food Runners, Hosts, Servers, and Batrenders) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, managing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the front-of-house area. Your ability to collaborate with team members and handle cash efficiently will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system, preferably Aloha POS.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast paced or craft cocktail restaurant is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for transaction accuracy.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills, including the use of Union POS system.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
