Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that both residents and property owners receive exceptional service. This role involves assisting with property maintenance, tenant relations, and administrative tasks while adhering to Fair Housing regulations.

Duties
- Assist in managing tenant relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform data entry tasks related to tenant applications, lease agreements, and maintenance requests.
- Support the upselling of available units and amenities to prospective tenants.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and follow up on completion status.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to property performance and occupancy rates.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette while communicating with tenants, vendors, and prospective residents.
- Stay informed about Section 8 housing regulations and assist with compliance as needed.

Requirements
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and tenant relations.
- Understanding of contracts related to property management is beneficial.
