Position Overview:
As a QC Inspector specializing in galvanized pipe Coating, twists and straightness, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the superior quality of our products. You will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, utilizing precise measurement tools and techniques to assess the twists and straightness of galvanized pipes. Your keen attention to detail and dedication to upholding quality standards will contribute directly to our continued success and reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspection and Testing: Perform comprehensive inspections of galvanized pipes to detect any twists, bends, or deviations from straightness using calibrated measurement instruments, such as dial indicators, straightedges, micrometers, and laser alignment systems.
Measurement Analysis: Accurately record measurements and observations, analyzing data to determine if the galvanized pipes meet the required tolerances for twists and straightness as specified in industry standards and company guidelines.
Documentation: Create detailed inspection reports, maintaining accurate and organized records of inspection results, measurements, and any deviations from specifications. Ensure that all required documentation is completed in a timely and thorough manner.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and manufacturing teams to provide real-time feedback and guidance on process adjustments, as needed, to prevent or address any potential issues affecting twists and straightness.
Problem Solving: Investigate and troubleshoot any discrepancies or non-conformities related to twists and straightness, collaborating with relevant teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing suggestions for process enhancements, equipment maintenance, and measurement techniques to optimize inspection accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a QC Inspector or similar role
