Entry Level Mechanical Designer

What you will do :

Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAAssist Engineers, Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of building design assignmentsPrepare engineering calculations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documentsSelect equipment, systems and products related to projectsReview and process construction administration documentsAttend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordinationWhat we will do :

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering and the design of building HVAC systemsProficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and good knowledge of energy analysis software preferredEnthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environmentCurious and open minded to learnStrong written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $64,000 - $94,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and / or project complexity. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
