About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to lead the development of high-impact presentations and proposals that drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing materials, designing visually engaging presentations, and assisting in proposal preparation.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and design persuasive presentations using PowerPoint and design tools to support meetings and internal communications
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create winning proposals and RFP responses that effectively communicate our value proposition
Craft engaging written content for proposals and marketing collateral
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, maintaining a polished and professional look
Research industry trends and competitors to enhance messaging and design strategy
Manage timelines and deadlines for proposal submissions, ensuring accuracy and quality
Assist in marketing campaign efforts by repurposing content from presentations and proposals for social media, email marketing, and website updates
Requirements :
Proficiency in Adobe Create Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, graphic design or related field
2 years of marketing experience
Experience in preparing technical documents
