Duties
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform quality audits to evaluate manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and facilitate corrective actions.
- Document inspection results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to management.
Skills
- Proficiency in using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, including QA/QC methodologies.
