General Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Assemble components and fabricate products according to specifications.
• Assist in the operation of machinery on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts or other warehouse equipment when necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience working in an assembly line environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts or similar warehouse machinery is desirable.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
