We’re currently seeking an entry-level civil engineer to join our team—an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, with an EIT certification preferred. In this role, you'll support senior staff throughout all phases of design—conceptual through construction documentation—and contribute to stormwater modeling, technical drafting, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in developing civil engineering plans, specifications, and calculations
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies, analyzing data to inform design decisions
- Perform stormwater modeling and prepare technical reports
- Produce construction drawings, cost estimates, and specifications using industry-standard software
- Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and engineering team members to ensure successful project execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear and professional communication—both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
