The Opportunity:
This position is responsible for executing LPG® AMERICA’s customer, prospect, and consumer marketing programs across U.S. markets to achieve established business objectives and sales targets.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative individual with a strong background in branding and integrated Marketing. They thrive in a fast-paced luxury aesthetic and medical organization and hold an associate or bachelor’s degree in a Marketing-related discipline. Further professional development in digital Marketing is essential. Exceptional presentation, communication, creativity, analytical, and project management skills are critical for this role.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns for LPG® America across all channels, ensuring end-to-end, multi-channel execution.
- Operationally manage content briefs for traditional and digital media campaigns with in-house and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
- Lead the development of U.S.-based consumer content, including brochures, advertising, print media, organic social media, direct mail, and additional consumer marketing collateral.
- Support integrated advertising and consumer-facing marketing programs in collaboration with the Marketing Brand and Content Manager and/or other marketing partners, ensuring effective trade communications.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Brand and Content Manager and commercial teams, participate in trade meetings, and report on marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the operational execution of dedicated events (e.g., sponsorships, partnerships, webinars, trade shows, etc.).
- Work with our PR agency to execute PR plans.
- Collaborate with vendors and customers to implement marketing plans and trade marketing assets.
- Coordinate with the global LPG® Group team to incorporate the U.S. consumer perspective into brand messaging.
- Create visually appealing images and marketing materials to provide product updates to U.S. teams, including customer and sales tools.
- Ensure all programs adhere to brand guidelines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign success and overall results.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for the medical and aesthetic industry, particularly within the luxury segment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing organization or advertising agency.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Ability to quickly grasp new topics and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with marketing and digital marketing software (CRM, Analytics, Email Automation, CMS, etc.) and platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptability to a changing environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
