POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

- Deep cleaning of empty units, including washing walls, baseboards, appliances, etc. All supplies provided, including company car
- Perform regular checks on exterior parts of buildings and general areas, carrying out cleaning and offering janitorial help as required
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
- Following the common area cleaning schedule and clean rent ready units prior to marketing
- Work directly with team members and report any issues found at properties while cleaning
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands tofinger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Live in Toledo or surrounding area
- Must possess good attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service skills and respectful communication withothers. Able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned and follow cleaning management program
- Serve in a team environment
- Telephone and text conversations with the leasing department.
- Position properties so they are attractive and have curb appeal and report issues to supervisor as they arrive.

- Hours of Work: Minimum of 36 hours of work per week

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
